Former Chief Constable Fahy - Cover-up
I wrote to former Chief Constable Fahy 21 times asking for the matter to be investigated. Document 19 is the only reply I have received; notice that document 19 is unsigned.
I sent all my correspondence to the police and the courts by special delivery.
Sir David Crausby MP - Cover-up
I wrote to Labour Member of Parliament for Bolton North East, Sir David Crausby. He agreed to assist me.
David Crausby has lied and conspired with Chief Constable Fahy of Greater Manchester Police to cover up for this corruption in Bolton's Labour council.
Police and Crime Commissioner, Tony Lloyd
Police and Crime Commissioner, (currently Labour PM for Rochdale) Tony Lloyd, has joined in the cover-up by refusing to record my complaint and giving no clear reason why.
IPCC
Amanda Kelly and her successor, Lesley Longstone of the Independent Police Complaints Commission, have both neglected to carry out their duty to investigate this serious matter of police corruption, and so have furthered the cover-up.
No Contact from Fahy - No Investigation - Cover-up
Chief Constable Fahy has never contacted me by any method.
There has not been any kind of police investigation, only a cover-up by Chief Constable Peter Fahy, MP Sir David Crausby, Police and Crime Commissioner Tony Lloyd and IPCC Bosses.
False Warrent Still in Force
This is the same false warrant that was used to steal my house, and it is still in force - refer Document 3a.
The Civil Case
There was to be a civil trial for damages, which was to be
held at Bury County Court on 22nd February 1995. The was originally scheduled for 10th October 1994 but got adjourned twice.
Martin Littler the barrister, who had been representing me
in the civil case, decided my case was not worthy of legal aid, so he returned my
papers and quit my case.
I told my solicitor, Mr Vincent Pearl of Russell and Russell,
that I wanted to defend my case, that I would pay my own fees and instruct
another barrister to represent me.
Although Mr Littler had quit my case, on the day of the trial he turned up completely unannounced. At this point I was confused and frustrated as I had been led to believe I would be represented by a newly appointed barrister. There was no mention of Mr Littler being my appointed barrister on the three court appearance letters I received from Mr Pearl..
In court, Mr Littler repeatedly and flatly refused to follow my instructions to defend my case, instead he coerced me into agreeing a deal whereby I would pay damages of £1,500.
On the 10th march 1995 Mr Littler invoiced me for
a further £500 for "perusing papers and prep" when I had no idea he was
going to be representing me on the day of the court hearing, nor did I
want or instruct him to.
Not worthy of legal aid, but worthy of my money.
No mention of Littler on three court dates from Pearl!
The actions of Mr Littler and Mr Pearl were more than just unethical, they were criminal! They conspired to pervert the course of justice.
I reported this very serious criminal conspiracy to a David James of the Professional Conduct Committee.
This year (2021) I have also reported it numerous times, in writing, to a Sara Jagger "Bar Standards Board" (formerly "Legal Enforement and Investigations") and Andrew Mitchell QC - to no avail.
As I have previously stated - the Manchester barrister named Martin Littler has been caught red handed "conspiring to pervert the course of justice" with the Bolton solicitor named Vince Pearl. The evidence of this is detailed.
There has not been any kind of proper
investigation - just another cover-up involving; David James, Sara Jagger, Andrew Mitchel QC. and Mark Neale (General Director).
