My Home Was Illegally Taken From Me

I am trying to expose a criminal conspiracy by Bolton Council and Bolton and Bury courts. The evidence at this website proves that this is a deep criminal conspiracy and subsequent cover-up involving Bolton and Bury Courts, police and following individuals:

Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council

Private Prosecution:

In March 1994, Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council brought a private criminal prosecution against me for unlawful harassment (Refer Document 1). This was a Landlord versus Tenant case, but I was not a professional landlord. It came to trial on the 2nd 3rd and 4th of March at Bolton Crown Court. I was convicted and sentenced to 28 days in prison plus ?1000 costs. I did not appeal on the advice of my barrister Mr Walsh, but this was bad advice, as this conviction had been gained with the use of false evidence and perjury by the plaintiff, Miss Black.

When questioned under oath by barrister, Mr Walsh, Miss Black denied that she was living at the house next door (number 79) with a serving police officer. Document 23 clearly shows her name on the electoral register as residing at 79 St John's Road. She then sublet my house to a Mr. Ali Saberian who then proceeded to run up debts at my house. Two important documents were missing at my trial (Refer Document 4).

House Reposessed:

By the issuing of various fraudulent court orders, some in the form of charging orders on my house, my house was stolen from me.

Altogether I have been issued with thirteen fraudulent court orders by Bolton County Court, but I have only listed eleven: doc's 6 through to 16 (See the reference documents list at top of page).

The date on these documents is the 22nd February 1995:

Nothing relating to me took place in Bolton County Court on that date.

Police and Courts

On the 20th February 2002, and again on the 15th March 2002, my house was literally stolen from me twice by the police and courts.

Police:

On the 20th February 2002, Bolton police officers acting on the orders of Cheif Superintendent Pelham, and Bolton County Court bailiffs came to my house, 22 Sharman street Bolton. The police officers arrested me; I was not told why I had been arrested, and I was held overnight in Bolton Central police station.

Courts:

The next morning, still not having been told why I had been arrested, I was taken from the police station in the back of a police van. I did not know where I was being taken until I arrived at Bury Magistrates Court.

Eventually, when in court, I finally discovered the reason why I had been arrested: It was for the fine on a warrant - refer Document 17. I did not owe this fine, and I was not given any documentation by Bury Magistrates Court. Documentation had been withheld at every opportunity.

Bailiffs:

At the same time I was arrested, the bailiffs took possession of my house with the use of two blatantly fraudulent court orders - (refer Document 15 and Document 16). I had pointed out all of the frauds on these documents to the police officers when I was arrested, but they said there was nothing wrong with them.

On the 30th May 2002, my house was sold by auction for ?17,500. I only owed ?6000 on my mortgage but have not received a penny from the sale.

Previous Record

Prior to this prosecution, I had not been in trouble with criminal law since 1974 when I was fined ?50 for injuring a man in a fight.

Michael Brendan Slattery

Michael Brendan Slattery was the Bolton solicitor who represented the plaintiff for Bolton Council as part of the prosecution brought against me. I believe him to be the ring leader of this criminal conspiracy, and to be responsible for forging the fraudulent court documents.

Pelham and Higham:

In collusion with Slattery, Bury court manager, Mr Andrew Higham together with Chief Superintendent Pelham, issued and executed a false warrent against me (Document 2) allowing the police to falsely arrest me whilst the bailiffs gained access to my house.

In November 2011, nearly a decade later, Higham's successor, Mrs Julie Webster, re-issued the same false warrent, and has since withheld important evidence.

Slatery Now:

Later, Slattery went to work for Wilkinsons of Blackburn where he continued this criminal conspiracy using the Wilkinson name (Refer Document 20).

I believe Mr Slattery now works at Woodcocks solicitors:
